HerEmpowr Return & Exchange Policy

At HerEmpowr, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We take full responsibility for handling refunds, returns, and reshipments. Because everything is made especially for you, there are no refunds or returns/exchanges for items unless they are damaged or the size is incorrect.

Size Exchanges
If the size you ordered doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size. Just email us at herempowr@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange the exchange. Please make sure to double-check the size guide before ordering to ensure your apparel fits perfectly.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the condition you received it. Email us photos and the package slip at herempowr@gmail.com, and we will gladly replace or refund your order.

Lost Shipments
If your order has been lost in the mail, your address is correct, the tracking isn’t marked delivered, and you notify us within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date, we will gladly reship the item.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. It will take 1-3 days for us to process your return request.
2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, destination country and the selected shipping method. You will see the estimation when ordering your items. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. 

In Finland you can use the tracking number on posti page to follow the package.

Your products might be shipped in separate packages, so the delivery time for different items can vary.

We have selected products based on quality and some of these items are shipped from the US. That's why the delivery times might vary from 4 days to 28 days depending of the product. Thankyou for understanding. We poromise it will be worth the wait.<3

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
